Slack
Felspar in Slack is not built yet. What is possible today, and what is coming.
Coming. There is no Felspar Slack app today.
What’s possible now
- A Slack bot that is itself an agent. If your bot runs on an agent runtime (Eve, the Claude Agent SDK, the OpenAI Agents SDK) or calls HTTP, register it as a company agent and connect it like any other agent. It asks Felspar for decisions and posts Felspar’s outcome and next step.
- An assistant that can use MCP servers in Slack. Where your Slack assistant can connect to remote MCP servers with a header, it can use
https://mcp.felspar.ai/mcpwith an agent key, and get the same four agent tools. - Policy owners keep using ChatGPT, Claude and the web app for authoring. Approval and release stay on the web app.
What’s coming
Asking Felspar from Slack’s own assistant, through Slack’s support for MCP servers, is planned. These docs will describe it when it ships; until then, treat anything Slack-specific as not available.
