ChatGPT
Use the Felspar plugin in ChatGPT to draft, check, propose, backtest and triage Decision Packs.
The Felspar plugin brings Felspar’s authoring tools and six skills into ChatGPT. It is for the people who run Felspar: those who turn policy into packs, test them, and keep them current. It isn’t for deployed agents; they use an agent key.
Install
- ChatGPT workspaces: a ChatGPT workspace owner or admin uploads the Felspar plugin under Plugins in the ChatGPT admin console. Ask the Felspar team for the plugin file.
- The ChatGPT directory: a public listing is coming.
The plugin connects to https://mcp.felspar.ai/mcp. The first time a Felspar tool runs, ChatGPT asks you to sign in with your Felspar login. Changes to Felspar’s tools reach you automatically; changes to the skills arrive with a new plugin version.
What you can ask
- “Use Felspar to draft a decision pack from my policy doc.”
- “Use Felspar to check which policy documents changed.”
- “Use Felspar to backtest my proposed pack change.”
- “What would changing the employee threshold to 1,000 do to last month’s decisions?”
- “Write test cases for the refund pack, including both sides of every threshold.”

What the plugin sends Felspar
Only what the tools need: job names; the source passages you read and the pack drafts, test cases and review decisions you make. Felspar reads connected Google Docs with your own access and never stores your Google login. See Security, privacy and data.
Limits
- Your sign-in from ChatGPT can’t approve, release, invite or manage agents. Use the web app.
- It can add a source only by reading a connected document with your own connection, never from text ChatGPT writes.
